Yes. We maintain homes, condos, office buildings, retail properties, and multi-unit residential sites.
Do I need to be home for service? +
No, as long as we have property access and any special instructions in advance.
Are you available year-round? +
Yes. Our services shift with the seasons so your property is cared for all year.
Is your equipment insured? +
Yes. All of our equipment is fully insured, so you can trust your property is in safe hands.
Scheduling & Pricing
Can I book one-time service, or only ongoing plans? +
Both. We offer one-time visits as well as weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and seasonal maintenance plans.
Do you provide free estimates? +

Do you provide upfront pricing? +
Yes. Clear, transparent pricing before work begins — no surprises.
What if it rains on my scheduled day? +
We'll reschedule when weather prevents safe or quality work.
Is cleanup included with my service? +
Yes. Cleanup and debris removal are included with most services.
Lawn Care
How often should lawn care be performed? +
Most properties are maintained weekly or bi-weekly during the growing season. We'll recommend a schedule based on your lawn during the walkthrough.
Is clipping cleanup included? +
Yes. Clippings are cleared from driveways, walkways, and other hard surfaces at every visit.
Do you offer grass bagging? +
Yes. Bagging is available as an add-on for properties that need clippings collected and removed rather than mulched back into the lawn. Let us know during your quote if you'd like this included.
Garden Maintenance
How often should garden beds be maintained? +
Most beds are maintained bi-weekly or monthly during the growing season, with a mulch top-up once or twice a year. We'll recommend a schedule during the walkthrough.
Is weeding and plant debris cleanup included? +
Yes. Weeds, plant debris, and clippings are cleared away at every visit.
Hedge & Shrub Trimming
How often should hedges be trimmed? +
Most hedges are trimmed 2–3 times per growing season to hold their shape. We'll recommend a schedule based on the type of hedge during the walkthrough.
Can you take on an overgrown or neglected hedge? +
Yes. Overgrown hedges may need a more gradual reshaping over a couple of visits to bring them back under control without stressing the plant.
Seasonal Cleanup
How often should seasonal cleanup be performed? +
Most properties need one spring cleanup and one fall cleanup per year. Larger properties or heavy tree cover may benefit from a mid-season visit as well.
What's the difference between spring and fall cleanup? +
Spring cleanup clears winter debris and preps beds for growth. Fall cleanup clears the season's debris and protects your landscape before winter.
Snow Removal & Salting
Do you offer seasonal snow contracts? +
Yes. Most properties are set up on a seasonal plan before winter begins, so service starts automatically with the first snowfall.
Is salting included, or is it an add-on? +
Salting can be included as part of your plan or added as needed — we'll confirm what's right for your property during the quote.
Do you clear commercial parking lots? +
Yes. We plow and salt parking lots for commercial properties, condominiums, and multi-unit sites, in addition to driveways and walkways.
Junk Removal
What items can you remove? +
Furniture, appliances, general household junk, and full garage or basement clean-outs. Ask us if you're not sure whether something qualifies.
Do you donate or recycle items? +
Where possible, yes. We aim to donate or recycle usable items rather than send everything to landfill.
Is loading included? +
Yes. Our team handles the loading and hauling — you don't need to move anything yourself.
